Made with Sculpey Premo™ and/or FIMO® (some pieces of my clay were in the drawer "loose" and had no wrappers), galvanized steel wire, and aluminum foil. Blood, sweat and tears not included.
Approximate dimensions: 4.75"/12 cm tall_______________________ I don't know exactly what a gizka is. But I do know that people who play KotOR seem to have a love/hate relationship with these creatures. Seems the two factions currently battling over them are of two radically different opinions:  and  .While I still don't want to eat a gizka, I will happily chop, dice, or pureé the next gizka I see, as I have grown interminably weary of the sight of this thing. It consumed the last two weeks of my time and, for now, anyway, that is more than enough.  (It's awesome to be getting back into sculpting, though.    )__________________ Gizki are the intellectual property of the dark lord otherwise known as George LUKEass. Koh-inky-dink? I think NOT. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Excellent work! This is gorgeous. And, as Tory said, the DETAILS! I knew it would be good from the WIP, but this is just amazing. Congratulations. All of that work. I hope it keeps you in the sculpting mood.

... Okay, yeah, I joke. Best sculpture of a gizka I've ever seen, hands down. Which is not to say that there are many people crazy or dedicated enough to sculp them, but even if they did, this one would kick those wiggly little arses. You're a gem, Linda, you really are.
